As a rescue Diver you learn to look beyond yourself to the safety and well being of others diving with you. It is a great program to build your confidence, will prepare you to prevent problems and, in the very unlikely event necessary, deal with dive emergencies.
EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE (EFR) COURSE
Therefore the Emergency First Response course (EFR), or equivalent from another organization, is a combined requirement for certification also.
Welcome to EFR, the Emergency First Response course! On offer in all our dive destinations, EFR is one of the foremost international CPR and first aid programs, as useful on land as at sea diving.
Emergency First Response builds the confidence and techniques to deal with medical emergencies until professional help arrives. It is not only useful for diving but also in your everyday environment with family, friends, neighbors or coworkers.
