Open Water Diver

PADI Open Water Diver Course is your first step toward becoming a certified scuba diver. Prerequisites

No previous diving experience is required however it does help to feel comfortable in the water before starting this course

You must be 10 years of age or older (Between the age of 10 and 14 you will receive a Junior Open Water Certification)

Students must have adequate swimming skills and be in good physical health

Any health conditions must be brought to the attention of your dive instructor prior to entering the water.

Course Structure

The course structure is divided into three main components:

eLearning
Confined water dives
Open water dives.

Each part is designed to build upon the previous stage to ensure a solid foundation in scuba diving.

Program

The PADI Open Water spans over 4 days and is the perfect course for anyone who wants to become a certified diver. Your instructor will cover the E-learning, practical skills in the pool and take you on 4 dives. During those dives, you will practice the skills you have learned, become a confident diver and take your first steps to enjoying the magic of the underwater world.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, students are awarded the PADI Open Water Diver certification. This globally recognised certification affirms your ability to plan and execute dives serving as a gateway to more advanced diving courses and experiences.
